A modular home is manufactured in a controlled factory environment using prefabricated elements. This allows for consistent quality, faster construction times, and more predictable costs.
We currently offer 4 home models: 40 m², 61 m², 75 m², and 99 m². Each layout is designed for comfortable year-round living. Plan can be customized to more suit your needs
Yes. Our homes are designed specifically with the Cyprus climate in mind, including heat, humidity, and strong sun exposure. We focus on insulation, ventilation, and durable exterior materials.
Absolutely. Our homes are designed for permanent living with modern insulation, energy-efficient windows, and high-quality construction systems.
Production time depends on the model and customization options, but modular homes are typically completed within 3-4 month which is much faster than traditional construction. Installation usually takes 7-10 days.
Yes. The foundation type is selected individually based on the land conditions, terrain, and chosen house model, and should be prepared before house installation
Yes. We can adapt layouts, finishes, and selected design elements to better suit your needs and lifestyle.
The standard package includes the house structure, insulation, exterior and interior finish, windows, doors, bathroom equipment. Not included: foundation, building permits, furniture and appliances.
